Stoppenbach & Delestre

Founded in London in 1982, Stoppenbach & Delestre specialises in leading French artists from movements such as Barbizon, Impressionism, post-Impressionism, and modern art, spanning the nineteenth to the mid-twentieth century. The gallery has established strong international connections and has sold works to prestigious museums, including the National Gallery of Art in Washington, the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, the National Gallery of Scotland, the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Stoppenbach & Delestre organises exhibitions featuring artists such as Maurice Estève (2023), André Derain (2020), Pierre Eugène Montezin (2015), with highlights such as ‘Brittany from the Pont-Aven school to Post-Impressionism’ (2018) and Jean Dubuffet (2006).
